| In-Home Patient Care Volunteer HospiceCare Inc. All times of day, 4 hours per week 20 volunteers, minimum age 18 Provide companionship, respite and a caring presence to patients and their families in their home in the Rock County area. In addition, volunteers can assist patients and their families by providing light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation and running errands. Life Review Volunteer HospiceCare Inc. Times and dates vary 12 volunteers, minimum age 14 Volunteers will participate in a new program that involves interviewing patients and families, and then creating a life-honoring memento. Projects will include writing a narrative of the patient's life, assisting family in choosing pictures to make a photo memory book or a DVD with family pictures, or producing an edited audio CD of an interview with the patient.
